Target tasks today
A move of the target (a target the user picked) to the Snooze-all button's time while still today — the next period or the default snooze option — else the top of the next hour; or to at, when given. Also marks them considered and stamps segment_targeted_at. One undo entry (bulk edit) puts back the target and both stamps. Like every move it stops at the task's deadline (2026-10-12, spec §8.2). The caller's own open tasks only; anything else refuses the whole request (400). REPEATING tasks (an rrule) are targeted too since 2026-10-12 (spec §6): only the target moves, the scheduled occurrence (occurrence_at) stays, so done that day brings the next occurrence round on schedule.
