Possible duplicate tasks

/api/process/duplicates
For the Process button's duplicate step: groups of the caller's open
one-off tasks (not recurring tasks, reminders or quotas) that look like
the same piece of work. Each group has 2+ task ids and a task is in at
most one group. Nothing is written. Scans the newest 600 such tasks.
AI disabled (server-wide, or the user's Insights mode set to off)
returns { groups: [] } with 200, never an error.
