Remove a time slot
Removes the slot and moves each of its reminders to the start of the
remaining slot nearest the reminder's own time of day (a tie goes to the
earlier slot), so none drop out of every slot. Quota prompts placed in
the slot move the same way (2026-09-25): every stored prompt period
naming it — a quota's quota_prompt_config.slot_id and per-number
overrides, and the user's default prompt period — is repointed to the
remaining slot nearest the removed slot's start (quotas_moved). The
last remaining slot cannot be removed (400). Always an undo entry
(time_slot_delete, undo_id): undo restores the slot under its
original id together with its reminders and prompt placements.
